The race start has been moved up to 6:08 PM EDT. The radar is looking mostly clear. The chance for showers will persist thru the early evening hours, so this will be monitored.

The 11 AM EDT Tropical Depression Bonnie update is completed in the blog below.  There is a chance of showers at CMS tonight as Bonnie moves across the South Carolina low country over the next few days. Right now, the prospects for racing tomorrow night are good. While it is forecast to rain in the afternoon, the chances for rain decreases during the evening hours, And even with a risk of showers in the evening hours, it will more likely be during the brief line of showers.
